Founder Angus Mason cut his teeth at some of the most reputable restaurants across Scotland including Aizle in Edinburgh and Ubiquitous Chip in Glasgow before returning to his native north east as Bar Manager at Michelin starred House of Tides. These restaurants piqued an interest in seasonal, high quality and responsibly sourced ingredients; an ethos that has stuck with him to this day. Sustainability isn't just en vogue because of it's positive impact on the environment - it's also the tastiest and most profitable way to go about business.
Now looking to pass on his wealth of knowledge, he has started a consultancy service offering everything from the creative and financial side of menu development, to in-house staff training.
